Go Big or Go Home, LLC and its subsidiaries (“Marco’s”)

This Privacy Policy describes the data processing practices of Go Big or Go Home, LLC and its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as Marco’s. It applies to all users of the websites www.mprvadevelopment.com, www.mpfundraisers.com, and www.bestpizzarva.site, collectively referred to as the Sites. This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Va. Code § 59.1-575 through § 59.1-584, and all other applicable privacy and data protection laws.
By accessing or using the Sites, you consent to this Privacy Policy and to the Terms of Use incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Sites.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites or services even when linked from the Sites. Marco’s does not control such websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. Users should independently review the privacy policies of any third party.
1. Definitions
The following definitions adopt the terminology of Va. Code § 59.1-575.
“Personal data” means any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal data does not include de-identified data or publicly available information.
“Sensitive data” is defined by statute and includes personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health diagnosis, sexual orientation, or citizenship or immigration status, genetic or biometric data for identification, personal data collected from a known child, and precise geolocation data.
“Consumer” means a natural person who is a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia acting in an individual or household context.
“Controller” means the person that determines the purpose and means of processing personal data. Marco’s is the controller.
“Processor” means a person who processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
Marco’s processes the following categories of personal data:
- Contact information such as name, mailing address, email address, and mobile telephone number.
- Account information such as usernames, passwords, and authentication credentials.
- Order information such as product selections, customizations, delivery details, and confirmation or token data returned by our payment processor.
- Payment related information in the limited sense described below. Marco’s does not collect, store, retain, or have access to credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV codes, expiration dates, or any payment card information. On www.mpfundraisers.com and www.bestpizzarva.site, payment card data is entered by consumers directly into a secure iframe served by Worldpay, our third party payment processor. All such information is transmitted directly to Worldpay. Marco’s receives only tokenized, redacted, or otherwise de-identified transaction identifiers and is not capable of viewing or recovering full payment card information.
- Applicant and employee information such as contact information, employment history, education history, eligibility to work, and other information submitted through mprvadevelopment.com or through employment related forms.
- Automatically collected information including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referral information, browsing behavior, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other technical data.
- Geolocation information including approximate or precise location when permitted by device settings or IP analysis.
- Feedback submitted through forms, emails, surveys, customer service interactions, or social media.
- Information processed through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies.
- Information from third party sources including affiliates, service providers, marketing partners, and publicly available data.
Marco’s does not intentionally collect sensitive data except where required by law for employment purposes. Where sensitive data is collected, Marco’s obtains consumer consent consistent with Va. Code § 59.1-574 A 5.
3. Purposes for Processing Personal Data
Marco’s processes personal data for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and provide the Sites
- To authenticate users and administer accounts
- To fulfill orders
- To process and confirm payments through Worldpay
- To provide customer service and respond to inquiries
- To manage communications with schools, fundraising groups, business partners, customers, job applicants, and employees
- To conduct analytics, improve the Sites, and enhance services
- To administer employment related functions
- To maintain the security of the Sites and prevent fraud
- To comply with statutory or regulatory obligations
- To respond to lawful governmental requests
- To support internal business operations permitted by law
4. How Personal Data Is Shared and Categories of Third Parties
Marco’s may share personal data with the following categories of third parties:
- Affiliates and subsidiaries
- Service providers including website hosts, analytics providers, marketing providers, customer communication platforms, employment processors, and SMS message processors
- Worldpay, which receives payment card data directly through a secure iframe and processes payments on Marco’s behalf
- Schools, fundraising partners, and business partners when necessary for coordination of services
- Governmental authorities when required by law
- Third parties in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or corporate transactions
- Public audiences when users voluntarily post information to publicly accessible forums on the Sites
Marco’s does not sell personal data as defined by Va. Code § 59.1-575. Marco’s may process personal data for targeted advertising as allowed by law. Consumers have the right to opt out as described in Section 9.
5. SMS Communications and Consent
Marco’s (and its third-party service partners, including Zoho Bookings) may transmit SMS communications to customers, schools, partners, job applicants, and employees for purposes including order updates, customer service, fundraising communication, partnership communication, interview scheduling, employment onboarding, and other operational or employment related matters.
Marco’s obtains prior express written consent where required by applicable law. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consumers may opt out at any time by replying STOP and may request assistance by replying HELP.
Marco’s does not condition any transaction or employment decision on consent to SMS messaging. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Marco’s uses cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies for analytics, personalization, and targeted advertising. Consumers may adjust browser settings to manage cookies.
7. Data Security
Marco’s maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data as required by Va. Code § 59.1-574 A 3. Because payment card information is entered directly into Worldpay’s secure iframe and is not visible to Marco’s, Marco’s does not store or retain payment card information.
8. Data Retention
Marco’s retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, to comply with applicable legal obligations, or to maintain business records consistent with Va. Code § 59.1-574 A 6.
9. Consumer Rights Under the VCDPA
Virginia consumers have the right to:
- Confirm whether Marco’s processes their personal data and to access such data
- Correct inaccuracies in personal data
- Delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer
- Obtain a portable copy of personal data
- Opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects
10. Methods for Submitting Requests
Consumers may exercise these rights by contacting Marco’s using the methods set forth in Section 13. Marco’s may request additional information to verify identity. Marco’s will respond within forty-five (45) days, extendable once for an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary.
11. Appeals Process
If Marco’s denies a consumer’s request, Marco’s will provide written notice with the reasons for denial and instructions for submitting an appeal. Appeals must be submitted by the methods listed in Section 13 and must state that the request is an “Appeal Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act.”
Marco’s will respond to appeals within sixty (60) days. If the appeal is denied, Marco’s will provide information about submitting a complaint to the Office of the Virginia Attorney General.
12. Children’s Data
Marco’s does not knowingly collect personal data from children under sixteen (16) years of age and does not process personal data of a known child for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling, consistent with Va. Code § 59.1-578.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Marco’s may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
15. VCDPA-COMPLIANT EMPLOYEE AND JOB APPLICANT NOTICE
This Notice explains how Go Big or Go Home, LLC and its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as Marco’s, process personal data of employees, job applicants, and individuals involved in hiring or employment related activities. This Notice is provided to you in your capacity as an applicant, prospective employee, or current employee and is intended to comply with the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act.
A. Categories of Personal Data Collected
Marco’s may collect the following personal data:
- Identification and contact information
- Employment history and qualifications
- Education records
- Eligibility to work
- Background screening information if applicable
- Information provided during interviews or onboarding
- Compensation and tax related information
- Emergency contact information
- Device, network, and system usage data when accessing company systems
Marco’s does not collect sensitive data unless required for lawful employment purposes. When sensitive data is collected, Marco’s obtains consent consistent with Va. Code § 59.1-574 A 5.
2. Purposes for Processing Employee and Applicant Data
Marco’s processes employee and applicant personal data for the following purposes:
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
- Verifying identity and eligibility to work
- Conducting background checks where applicable
- Administering payroll, benefits, and tax reporting
- Communicating with applicants and employees, including through SMS messaging
- Maintaining business operations, security, and compliance
- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations
3. How Data Is Shared
Employee and applicant data may be shared with:
- Service providers assisting with recruiting, payroll, tax reporting, benefits administration, background checks, and employment related technology
- Governmental authorities when required by law
- Affiliates and subsidiaries with operational need for the data
Marco’s does not sell employee or applicant data.
4. Employee and Applicant Rights
Applicants and employees who are residents of Virginia have the rights described in Va. Code § 59.1-577, subject to statutory exemptions for employment contexts. These rights include:
- Access to personal data
- Correction of inaccuracies
- Deletion of personal data that is not subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability where applicable
